HOW DURABLE IS THE EQUIPMENT AND HOW DO I KNOW IF THE DENSITY IS THE BEST FOR ME?

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Lisa, I am a graduated Advance Posture and Alignment Therapist and through the years of using the equipment myself and my clients, I have learned to understand the different needs of people of all ages, sizes, and heights; physical abilities and limitations, strengths and performance, and I also I have listened and read all your so appreciative reviews, feedback, and any comments you have written and continue writing to me.

I am grateful for all of it and was able to discover the perfect hardness and density needed for each piece of Foam Equipment including the Small Foam Blocks and the efficiency of the Belt/Strap.

There are different qualities in the foam and ours is the best for the uses we bring into play and practice in Posture Alignment.

The Foam is very durable and the Cover is Water-Resistant and also very strong. I especially love how convenient is the practical handle making it easy to lift them both with one finger.

The Pair of Small Foam Blocks are used for arms (forearm-elbows and hands) and legs (knees and ankles). They are not used to standing or sitting on them.

The Belt/Strap is used for stretching, helps flexibility, and IS ALSO USED for the stability of the trunk and pelvis. STABILIZE and improve STRENGTH and RESISTANCE in your ankles, knees, hips, and shoulders. The buckle is the BEST IN THE MARKET, it stays exactly the ay you want it, it DOES NOT SLIDE.

Sitting Double Double

1. Sit up straight in the middle of a chair.

• Bend your knees to 90 degrees so that your ankles are directly under your knees.

• Your feet should be parallel and pointed straight ahead.

2. Place the Strap/Belt around your knees. The Space between your knees should be a fist apart.

3. Place the Small Foam Block between your feet/ankles.

4. Tilt your hips forward to place an arch in your lower back as you sit up tall with your shoulders positioned directly over your hips.

5. Simultaneously press in on the pillow with your feet as you press outward on the strap with your knees, then relax.

6. Repeat the exercise 20 times, up to 3 sets.

Static Back Pullover Presses With Strap

1. Lie on your back with your legs up over a large Inflatable or Foam Large Block, knees bent at 90 degrees

2. Place the Small inflatable Block directly above your head at arm”s length

3. Place the Strap/Belt around your thighs just above the knees at hip-width and apply constant pressure outward against the strap throughout the exercise

4. Reach arms straight up above your chest, elbows locked and hands clasped together

5. Lower your hands down to the block above your head

6. Press into the block, hold for 1 second and then release

• Do not contract your abdominal muscles, keep the stomach and lower back relaxed & keep the elbows straight throughout the exercise

8. Repeat the exercise 15 times up to 3 sets.

The constant knee pressure outward will help to stabilize your hips to allow for greater shoulder range of motion. Also the exercise engages spinal extensors.

Sitting Elbow Abduction With Block/Pillow

1. Sit in the middle of a Large Inflatable or Foam Block with your feet pointed straight ahead, 4-6 inches apart.

2. Roll your hips forward to place an arch in your low back.

3. Place the Small Foam Block/Pillow between your knees and press gently with just enough pressure to hold the pillow in place.

4. Place the Strap/Belt just above your elbows and place your hands into the golfer’s grip on your temples.

5. Hold this starting position; then pull your elbows away from each other to force your upper back muscles to create the work.

• Do not lose your hip position; keep them rolled forward and maintain the arch in your low back.

6. Repeat the exercise 25 times

The Small Foam Block/Pillow is 6″ x 10″ x 12″ in size. It Improves stability of the pelvis and trunk/torso.
