TEST YOUR PH LEVEL
HOW TO TEST – When opening the foil pack, the reagent pad at the tip of the pH test strips should be yellow. Use a common household cotton swab (not included) to collect a sample of vaginal fluid and wet the reagent pad, wait for 30 seconds, then compare it to the color chart.
Note: The reagent pad will continue to react and change color. Ignore the results after 30 seconds.
RESULTS – If the color stays yellowish or light green, your vaginal pH is normal. If the color turns a dark green or blue, your vaginal pH is abnormal.

HOW TO USE – Lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat, retract the plunger and insert the capsule into the receptacle end of the applicator.
